BEFORE YOU CAN PLAY:
Prior to registration at AG Paintball, each player is required to fill out a waiver form, which is kept on file for the calendar year. You only have to fill it out once. To help speed up registration and get you playing right away, please complete the following form and present it at the park for registration. Thank you!
All players must sign a release form prior to playing at the park. No exceptions.
Parent signature required for all participants under the age of 18 years of age.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
Under 17 years of age - parent/legal guardian must sign waiver.
18+ years of age - You must sign waiver.
